Have drafts, noises, and odors become more noticeable in your home? If so, your gasket may need to be replaced. Replacing worn-out weatherstripping makes a big difference—you can save time and money, among other things, since PRIMO’s gasket can last up to 10 years, requires minimal maintenance, and provides a complete seal, which you will notice on your heating bill.
This PRIMO gasket fits a groove size of 3–3.5 mm. Once the door and window gaskets are installed where the old ones were, you well quickly notice a significant difference. By replacing the gaskets, you will reduce nuisances such as noise, drafts, odors, and dust, which previously could circulate more freely in the room.
The gasket is made of a weather-resistant plastic material that is AC-grade with high resilience.

This gasket is easy to install. Make sure the surface is clean and dry so the gasket can be positioned correctly. Its flexible design allows it to conform to the surface. Install the gasket by pressing it into the groove in the door or window.
NOTE: During installation, the profiles must not be fully compressed, as the strips will otherwise lose their resilience, thereby compromising their sealing performance.
We recommend installing the gaskets after painting the frame. Be sure to follow the paint manufacturer’s drying time instructions.
Here is how:
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface.
2. Measure and adjust the length of the seal.
3. Press the seal firmly into the groove.
5. Check that the entire gasket sits evenly and snugly.
Be sure the gasket is not completely compressed when the door is closed, as it will lose its resilience over time and compromise the seal’s effectiveness.
