Raised beading
Available in a lengths of 3100 mm. White is also supplied in a 900 mm length.
USAGE
PRIMO plastic raised beading comes in two sizes and a wide range of colours and styles. Use raised beading as the back edge of worktops in kitchens, utility rooms and bathrooms.
This raised beading is made of plastic and is therefore not affected by humidity or moisture, it will never fade or rot. This is a great hygienic advantage for kitchen worktops and in wet rooms.
The current trend is to have more discrete finish mouldings for floors, PRIMO raised beadings are a good alternative to the traditional skirtings.
MOUNTING
We recommend fixing the raised beading with an alcohol-based silicone or a fixing adhesive when used as a back edge moulding on worktops.
It is also possible to nail, screw or slide the moulding in place–without the risk of splitting. As with all PRIMO solid plastic mouldings, it’s easy to use a saw or hobby knife to achieve precise lengths and joins.
